I love Lisa, it must be great working with her.
Found it interesting that they talk about NC17 and film scenes & scenes that effect us permanently- Requiem was traumatic for me and everyone I know that saw and has spoken of it.

David O. Russel comes off as a hugely snobby, asshole. ick. WTF? I wonder how much his privileged upbringing played into at least the start of his career….? blech.

I appreciate the honesty about film school.
That it really is an opportunity to make connections and become a part of that schools “mafia”. I know a UCLA producers grad program graduate that was astounded by the connections he discovered he had upon graduating. He is producing now. I’ve witnessed the USC and AFI mafia level “family” connection as well.

I’m comforted by the knowledge the Soderberg barely graduated highschool.
His film school was on set.
