Trailer Watch: Concussion – Directed by Stacie Passon

"Concussion"

Concussion, hands down one of the sexiest movies of the year, premiered at Sundance and later screened at the Los Angeles Film Festival and Outfest to critical praise.

Written and directed by Stacie Passon, Robin Weigert plays Abby, a forty-something lesbian who is married and lives in the suburbs with her partner and two kids. Her life is a montage of PTA meetings, spinning classes and cleaning their gorgeous suburban home. After she gets hit in the head with her son’s baseball, the monotony of her life begins to get to her. She begins living a double life–dutiful housewife at night, lesbian prostitute by day.

Concussion opens in theaters and VOD on October 4th. Be warned the red-band trailer below is very unsafe for work.
