Washington D.C. Area Film Critics and AFI Announce Picks of 2012

nullWe are officially in the center of awards season and yesterday both the Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association and the American Film Institute announced their winners in film (AFI also includes television). Bigelow and Zero Dark Thirty continue to rack up the awards, Jessica Chastain walked away with Best Actress and Anne Hathaway nabbed Supporting Actress.

Best Film: Zero Dark Thirty

Best Director: Kathryn Bigelow, Zero Dark Thirty

Best Actress: Jessica Chastain, Zero Dark Thirty
