Bonnie Hammer will be taking on running the full NBCU’s cable portfolio. Hammer, who previously oversaw USA Network, Syfy, E!, G4, Cloo, Chiller, Universal HD, Universal Cable Productions and Wilshire Studios, will now also be overseeing Bravo, Oxygen, Style, Sprout and TV One. All these will be under the new name Cable Entertainment Group.
Hammer has been very successful in her role and with revenue in 2012 of $4 billion and profits of $2 billion.

Lauren Zalaznick, formerly in charge of Bravo, Oxygen and Telemundo, will now be EVP of NBCUniversal and will oversee business development for digital, mobile and social media, focusing on innovation and emerging technology. All of NBCUniversal’s digital assets, Daily Candy and Fandango will report to Zalaznick, who Burke describes as an “unique executive,” will also be involved in marketing within the Integrated Media group.
Both Hammer and Zalaznick start their new positions immediately.
