Do you want more diversity on-screen and behind-the-scenes? If so, you may be interested in a panel taking place in Ultimo Sydney on July 25.
Screen Vixens and Film Fatales are hosting the third installment of the Screen Women Series. This time around, the discussion will center on “Diversity in Action!” This event is free to attend.
Women and Hollywood’s Founder and Publisher Melissa Silverstein will be participating in the panel, which will be moderated by Pearl Tan (Co-Chair of the Equity Diversity Committee). Other panelists include Debbie Lee (Director of Scripted Development, Matchbox), Michela Ledwidge (Artist, Director and current Vice President, Digital of the Australian Directors Guild), Sofya Gollan (Development & Production Executive, Screen NSW), and Corrie Chen (Writer/Director).
This event will start at 7pm sharp. Be warned that latecomers will not be able to enter the venue. The invite emphasizes that “[t]he Screen Women Series are events designed specifically for all women in the industry.”
