It looks like another leading lady of the screen is heading to the tube. Darren Star (Sex and the City) is adapting the book The Viagra Diaries by Barbara Rose Brooker as a starring vehicle for Goldie Hawn. Hawn hasn’t been on the big screen in a decade and it’s seriously about time that we get to see her again. She’s too good and too funny to just disappear from our lives.
Here’s the log line: “It centers on a woman (Hawn) who, after her husband has a “mid-life crisis” at 65 and leaves her, struggles with being single for the first time in 35 years.”
Here’s to hoping this makes it past development to pilot and to the air.
