Teaser Watch: Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn Can’t Get into the Holiday Spirit in “A Bad Moms Christmas”

The baddest and most delightfully brash moms are back. The first teaser has dropped for “A Bad Moms Christmas,” and the NSFW spot sees Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn railing against all of the impossible expectations placed on moms during the holidays. “Christmas is a magical time full of wonder, excitement, and joy — a time for making lasting memories with family and friends,” says Amy (Kunis) in a voiceover. “But do you know the secret behind making Christmas so special? Moms! Moms working their asses off cooking, wrapping, decorating, and shopping.”

Amy feels “like a giant stress ball from like November to New Years” and she’s not alone. Carla (Hahn) is overwhelmed at work — she just spent the day waxing 39 vulvas. (“Since when did every woman in America need a completely hairless vagina on Christmas?” she ponders.) Kiki (Bell) has spent months picking out the perfect gifts for everyone. “And you know the only thing I get in return?” she asks, the disgust in her voice apparent. “Coupons for free back rubs! Shitty back rubs.”

This year the trio is reclaiming the holiday — they are determined to experience a fun Christmas. Cue shots, male strippers in Santa hats, and what seems to be a Christmas tree heist. But Amy, Carla, and Kiki’s mission to put the fun back into Christmas is complicated by the arrival of their own moms, who they’ll host during the holidays.

“Bad Moms” hit theaters last July. The comedy grossed over $183 million on a budget of $20 million. “A Bad Moms Christmas” opens November 3.
