2 of 15 Films in Berlin Competition Line Up Directed by Women

nullThe Berlin International Film Festival announced their full competition line up for the Golden Bear. Two of the nine films from this most recent announcement are directed by women. As we previously reported, 0 of the 7 (there is one special screening) earlier announced films in competition were directed by women.  While this is better than the 0 that were at Cannes last year, 2 out of 16 is still too low.
