Netflix has given the green light to what’s being billed as the “Gilmore Girls’” final season.
Series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and stars Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel will return for four 90-minute installments. Original cast members Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Sean Gunn and Keiko Agena are on board as well.
Sherman-Palladino and her producing/writing partner and husband Daniel Palladino will write and direct the reboot.
“Gilmore Girls” ran from 2000 to 2007.
No release date has been set for the Netflix season.
