Trailer Watch: New Trailer for Philomena — Starring Judi Dench

Philomena, starring Judi Dench, has taken the festival circuit by storm — receiving critical praise at Toronto and nabbing the Best Screenplay award at Venice.

Dench plays Philomena, a woman who was forced to give up her son for adoption decades earlier. She’s teamed up with a journalist (Steve Coogan) to track her son down. The film is based on a true story. It was one of the best movies Melissa saw in Toronto.

Philomena will open in New York and Los Angeles on November 22 and then expand on November 27th.
