Natalie Portman Focuses on Producing

Now that Portman is going to take some time off from being in front of the screen for her pregnancy, she is not going to just disappear. She’s ramped up her producing business handsomecharlie with her partner Annette Savitch. The due just got overhead financing from 1821 Pictures (cause studios don’t do many overhead deals anymore) and right now they are in pursuit of a director for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

I’m excited to see what a new generation of women will bring to the business, especially one as smart as Portman.
