Amy Schumer to Pen Book About Comedy, Feminism, Her Childhood and Her Family

Amy Schumer’s year is somehow getting even better.

After winning an Emmy for “Inside Amy Schumer,” starring in and penning the summer blockbuster “Trainwreck,” appearing in her first HBO special (to air October 17) and becoming BFFs with Jennifer Lawrence, Schumer has landed a book deal.

EW.com reports that the comedienne will receive $8 to $10 million for the manuscript, which will focus on her “childhood, how she got her big break in comedy, her family, and feminism.”
