Join Women & Hollywood in London to Challenge Unconscious Gender Bias

Hey Londoners! You’re invited to join Women & Hollywood founder and publisher Melissa Silverstein, The Hospital Club, and Tonic Theatre for a collaborative discussion on unconscious bias.

“Challenging Unconscious & Gender Bias in Creative Industries” takes place on November 30 at The Hospital Club in London. The free event consists of a two-part discussion:

  • Part One: Defining Unconscious Bias — Lucy Kerbel, Director of Tonic Theatre.
  • Part Two: We will be hosting a panel discussion about strategies in pushing for greater diversity. Including both the successes and the challenges faced within creative industries.

The featured panelists are Indhu Rubasingham, Artistic Director, Tricycle Theatre; Beryl Richards, Chair, Directors UK; and Kate Mosse, Novelist and Co-Founder, Women’s Prize for Fiction. The event will be moderated by Melissa.
