National treasure and perennial award-winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus (five Emmy and counting!) will receive another recognition of her genius later this month at the 2014 BAFTA LA Britannia Awards.
The Veep star will be presented with the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy on October 30. The Chaplin prize celebrates those “whose popularity and cultural impact exemplifies the uniquely transcendent quality of excellent comedy.”
The other honorees of the night will include Judi Dench and Emma Watson.
