Nicole Kidman is attached to star in The Silent Wife.
Kidman will play an affluent woman, whose nearly 20 year marriage is seemingly perfect on the outside, but her denial of her husband’s constant infidelity finally begins to take its toll with murderous consequences. The film will be adapted from A.S.A. Harrison’s best selling novel which tells the tale through shifting perspectives between the couple. Harrison died a few months before her novel garnered critical and commercial success.
Currently, there is no screenwriter or director attached. Kidman will produce the project.
