On this week’s episode, Oprah is sitting down with some of the most talented actresses in Hollywood–Alfre Woodard, Viola Davis, Phylicia Rashad and Gabrielle Union–to talk about the challenges that they face as African American women working within the entertainment industry. 

This is bound to be a fascinating and groundbreaking conversation about gender and race in Hollywood.
