Rashida Jones announced her directorial debut with Sara Bareilles’ “Brave” music video on Twitter earlier this week.. It’s a bright, poppy song with an equally uplifting video to match.
Jones co-wrote last year’s Celeste and Jesse Forever, hands down one of my favorite films of 2012. Between her writing, her excellent work on Parks and Recreation and now her new foray into directing—Jones is quite the threat.
Let’s hope this leads her into directing her first feature soon because I will buy my ticket for it now.
