Sundance Watch: Blackfish – Directed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite

nullBlackfish, a documentary directed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite, has been getting a lot of buzz at Sundance since its premiere. The doc follows the history of killer whales in captivity leading up to 2010, where Tilikum, a captive whale, killed several trainers. The film was picked up by Magnolia Pictures and CNN Films.

The short clip below is already a tense watch. I'm fascinated to see the entirety of this film.
