People are talking and looking for ways to make in roads all across the business. From what I’ve noticed, there is a longing for women to connect within disciplines and across disciplines. A couple of things happening include women directors sharing their stories with the ACLU for a potential lawsuit about discrimination in the industry, and a new organization of women film composers banding together to expand their numbers beyond 2%.
