It's Academy Awards week and the ballots are closed. While we don't know the winners yet, one thing we know for sure is that no women have again been nominated for best director.
This is one of the only times of the year when the world is paying attention to the film business, not just movies. The entire industry is on display this weekend and it is still extremely imbalanced.
This is the second year we have created a video to help make people think about the gender imbalance in Hollywood, especially in the area of directing.
