Trailer Watch: Amy Schumer Takes the Throne as Khaleesi of Comedy in ‘Inside Amy Schumer’ Season 4

Season 4 of “Inside Amy Schumer” premieres later this month — the same week that Season 6 of “Game of Thrones” kicks off. Riffing on the highly anticipated return of the HBO series, a new trailer for Schumer’s show features the comedian atop a horse and dressed in full winter regalia. We sure are excited that “Schwinter is coming” — oh, and that Jon Snow might be alive or whatever.

Season 3 of “Inside Amy Schumer” was an undisputed hit that included viral sensations such as “Last Fuckable Day,” featuring Tina Fey and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, “Football Town Nights,” a powerful anti-rape “Friday Night Lights” parody and “Twelve Angry Men,” a stylish capsule episode wherein jurors deliberated Schumer’s hotness. As Women and Hollywood TV columnist Sara Stewart noted, “Taken on their own, that list of sketches comprises some of the year’s most scathing, on-point gender and cultural satire.”

Catch the season 4 premiere of ‘Inside Amy Schumer’ on April 21 on Comedy Central.
