Trailer Watch: Christina Applegate & Linda Cardellini Dodge the FBI in “Dead to Me” Season 3

"Dead to Me"

“The truth’s gonna come out. It always does,” Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini are warned in a new trailer for “Dead to Me’s” third and final season. Jen (Applegate) and Judy (Cardellini) have survived a hit-and-run but the BFFs are still in hot water. Steve’s (James Marsden) body has been found, and the police and FBI agents investigating the murder of Judy’s ex are suspicious of her and Jen.

It’s not all doom and gloom for the pals, who continue to swap jokes and share laughs. The self-described “badass bitches” give themselves “outlaw names:” Judy Five-Fingers and Bitch Cassidy.

Both Applegate and Cardellini have received Emmy nods for “Dead to Me.” The former won an Emmy for her guest role on “Friends” and also landed nominations for “Samantha Who?” The latter received a nom for her guest role on “Mad Men.”

Created by Liz Feldman, “Dead to Me” returns to Netflix November 17.
