Trailer Watch: Daisy May Cooper Questions the Identity of Her New BFF in “Am I Being Unreasonable?”

"Am I Being Unreasonable?"

“The one thing I’m lacking in my life is, like, real connection — possibly because I’m insecure and have got no mates,” says Daisy May Cooper in a new trailer for “Am I Being Unreasonable?” The hit BBC comedy-thriller launches in the U.S. April 11 on Hulu.

Created by Cooper and Selin Hizli, the series follows Nic (Cooper), a woman stuck in an unfulfilling marriage who is grieving a loss that she can’t share with anyone. She finds a kindred spirit in Jen (Hizli), a new friend she forms an intense bond with. The honeymoon period is short-lived: it’s not long before Nic begins to suspect that Jen isn’t who she claims to be.

“Am I Being Unreasonable?” has been commissioned for a second season by BBC.
