Girls5eva isn’t the only girl group reuniting. Nasty Bitches are also taking a trip down memory lane. ABC has released an extended first look for “Queens,” an upcoming comedy about former hip-hop stars, now in their 40s, who are brought back together by fate.
“The dumbest thing we ever did was throw away friendships most people never have. Let’s get this group back together,” says Naomi aka Xplicit Lyrics (Brandy). She adds, “We don’t need a crowd. We don’t need a stage. We need each other.”
Eve, Naturi Naughton, and Nadine Velazquez star alongside Brandy.
“Queens” premieres on ABC October 19.
