Trailer Watch: How I Live Now – Co-Written by Penelope Skinner

How I Live Now, based on the novel by Meg Rosoff, stars Saoirse Ronan as Daisy, who is sent to live with her family in the English countryside. She falls for the boy next door just as World War III strikes. When they are invaded, Daisy must survive to keep her family together and find her boyfriend again.

The adaptation is co-written by Penelope Skinner along with Jeremy Brock and Tony Grisoni. 

How I Live Now is slated for an October 4th U.K. release and will premiere at TIFF next month. The film is set to be released in the U.S. in November.
