Trailer Watch: Kimmy Writes a Book in “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s” Final Episodes

"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"

Head down memory lane with the world’s most optimistic doomsday cult survivor in a new trailer for “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.” The second half of the beloved Netflix comedy’s fourth and final season drops January 25. Kicking off with a highlight reel of some of the show’s funniest moments — Titus (Tituss Burgess) “Lemonade”-ing and Kimmy (Ellie Kemper) discovering that “dancing is about butts now” among them — the clip then introduces new footage.

“You once told me that you wanted to change the world,” says Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski). Kimmy decides the best way to accomplish that goal is to write and illustrate a children’s book.

Meanwhile, Titus becomes involved in a fake celebrity relationship, and Lillian (Carol Kane) gets a party started.

Check out the trailer to see Kimmy reflect on the past and present — and to watch her new tap routine, of which Titus is not a fan.

“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” was co-created by Tina Fey. The series has received 18 Emmy nominations.
