Trailer Watch: Midnight’s Children — Directed by Deepa Mehta

Deepa Mehta’s latest film is an adaptation of Salman Rushdie’s beloved novel Midnight’s Children. Two children are born at midnight at the exact moment India regains their independence from Great Britian and are switched at birth. The film (with a magical realism edge) follows the two children as they grow up and their lives become intwined. The film will be relased on November 2nd.
