Trailer Watch: Sutton Foster Gets Ready to Say Goodbye in “Younger’s” Seventh and Final Season

"Younger"

“I’m an editor. I know endings, and it doesn’t seem like that’s where we are — at the end,” says Sutton Foster in a new trailer for “Younger’s” seventh and final season. Liza Miller’s (Foster) story is coming to an end, but it looks like she’ll be dealing with lots of personal and professional drama before we say goodbye.

The spot doesn’t reveal whether or not Liza has accepted Charles’ (Peter Hermann) marriage proposal, though the fact that he tells her to “stay out of [his] personal life” suggests that he didn’t receive the answer he was hoping for.

Kelsey (Hilary Duff) decides to return to Millennium rather than going into business with Quinn (Laura Benanti), but her return to the publishing company has her questioning her identity in the industry. “We’re not the young kids on the block anymore,” she observes. “I’m not sure what defines me now.” Liza is quick to remind her friend and colleague that “we’re all mashups.” She adds, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that age is irrelevant.”

“Younger” is moving from TV Land to Paramount+ for its final chapter. The show will premiere April 15 on the streamer, and the full season will air on TV Land later this year.

Check out the trailer to catch a peek at the new woman in Maggie’s (Debi Mazar) life and to see how Josh (Nico Tortorella) reacts when Liza tells him that she wants him in her life.
