The Baby-Sitters Club is officially back in business, and Kristy (Sophie Grace), Mary-Anne (Malia Baker), Claudia (Momona Tamada), and Stacey (Shay Rudolph) are welcoming new members to their ranks. A trailer has dropped for the second season of “The Baby-Sitters Club” and sees Jessi (Anais Lee) and Mallory (Vivian Watson) joining the middleschoolers during a time of physical and personal transformation. “This was the year when everything changed,” we’re told.
Determined to “maximize [their] growth potential and have fun,” the girls never forget that “being a part of the Baby-Sitters Club means we show up for each other.” As Kristy’s mom reminds them, “More love is always a happy thing.”
Based on the beloved book series by Ann M. Martin, “The Baby-Sitters Club” returns to Netflix October 11. Rachel Shukert (“GLOW”) created the series and serves as showrunner.
