Winnie focuses on Nelson Mandela’s (Terrence Howard) second wife Winnie Mandela (Jennifer Hudson) as she goes through her husband’s imprisonment, her own solitary confinement and continuing Mandela’s work. The film will be released in Canada on October 5th. It does not yet have a U.S. distributor.
