Yoga instructor May (Jessica Biel) attempts to help her sex-worker sister Shiva (Zosia Mamet) get out of an abusive relationship in writer-director Diane Bell’s “Bleeding Heart.” The first step, of course, is in getting Shiva to understand that she needs to leave her dangerous situation. But that’s much easier said than done, as the emotionally intense 90-second clip below between the two sisters illustrates.
