Kristen Wiig could have made another Bridesmaids type movie for her first big foray out of the gate since that film, but she went in a completely
different direction with Girl Most Likely. Unlike Bridesmaids, this film is not a comedy, it’s really not even funny, it’s pretty sad.
It’s the story of Imogene, a playwright, who once had a lot of promise but she has lost track of herself and her goals. She spent her life running away
from her family and wound up getting caught up in a world of awful people and completely loses herself. She hits rock bottom and is forced to go home, the
place she thought she hated the most, and deal with her family — her mother with impulse control issues played by Annette Bening and a brother who is
happier talking to crabs than people. But it is with her family — and the boarder played by Darren Criss — that she is able to get back to her true self

Going to a SeaWorld type park or aquarium to observe the large killer whales and dolphins in captivity is a normal rite of passage for most American kids.
It’s not supposed to be controversial. No more. Blackfish blows the whole industry literally out of the water. The doc directed by Gabriela
Coperthwaite is an expose that shows that while it is fun for the audiences to see these big fish perform, it is not so fun for the animals. They live in
areas not big enough for them, and are subjected to extremely cruel training. On top of that accidents and even deaths are covered up and swept under the
rug.
The movie is heartbreaking. The most difficult moment was watching how they steal, yes steal, the baby whales from their mothers to put them in these parks
to entertain us. The screaming and crying of the mothers and the babies made me weep. Never again will I go to one of these parks, and I will tell everyone
I know not to give money to help perpetuate this horrific industry. (Melissa Silverstein)
