The most anticipated female superhero movie has begun production.
Over the weekend, star Gal Gadot tweeted the picture above with the caption “Almost 75 years in the making… #WonderWoman is underway.”
Patty Jenkins will helm the feature in the UK, France and Italy. It will be out June 23, 2017.
Gadot’s Wonder Woman, in the meanwhile, will make her screen debut on March 25, 2016 in “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
